There are so many products and brands on the market right now, an unbelievable amount.
So while I’m not going to London any more until September, I can still fantasise about what I’m going to spoil myself with! I actually don’t have a long list, it’s more about having all of the colours lol. I feel that if I went to an actual store I’d walk out with more than I was intending to get. With most of these brands, I’d definitely like to purchase more than one of the products but this will my most wanted!
1. Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand

Now there’s a lot of hype about Charlotte Tilbury and her products are definitely expensive but I feel like it’s okay to spoil yourself once in a while! This product costs $38 which is quite a bit but I think it’s worth a splurge. There are so many great reviews on the product and I’d just like to try it. Their blush version in ‘Pinkgasm’ looks like an absolute dream! It’s that kind of product that makes you feel good and fancy! Even if you can’t afford to go for the contour wand, go for one of her lip products which are also world-renowned.
2. Danessa Myricks Colorfix

Danessa Myricks has taken the world by storm. A black-owned brand, Danessa is delivering highly pigmented products non-stop. A product I’d love to try is the Colorfix. It’s a cream product that can be used on the eyes, cheeks and lips (we love a multitasker). It comes in a wide range of shades, which means I’ll probably buy more than one, but it also comes in different formulas. There are mattes, creams, foils, nudes, neons and glazes. That’s a lot of options! I’d like a nude colour and then maybe a bright purple, green or blue! I want to get a bit more creative with my make up so I think a product like this will push me out of my comfort zone. Otherwise, you can always get a subdued pink or red and use that as a multitasker!
3. Luma Beauty Natural Radiance Bronzing Primer

I know the name is a mouthful but I want to see how this looks! I know there’s the Drunk Elephant D Bronzi and the By Terry CC Serum, but those are obscenely expensive and this is a great dupe! I want something I can mix in with my moisturiser that will give me a bit of a bronzy glow so I don’t feel so pasty all the time lol. Luma Beauty is an Australian brand owned by Jessica Hart, a model, who decided to launch her own makeup brand! It’s also a clean brand with no parabens, sulphates and no testing on animals. I definitely think it’s worth trying.
4. Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush

Who would not want to buy a product from our queen Rihanna?! I would buy everything from her tbh, I’m really keen on trying her brushes but this blush has my heart. This is the colour Summertime Wine, but I’d like to see the product in person to see which colour will actually suit my skin tone but my gosh, if there is one word to describe Fenty Beauty, it is RANGE. There are so many options and colours to choose from and because Fenty came onto the scene, so many other brands have upped their game and provided more range for POC. I have the famous lip gloss and I love it, so I do not doubt how this will fair!
4. EspressOH Lipstick Aroma

EspressOH is quite a small brand that’s been growing overtime and I fell in love with their concept and honestly, the vibe, too. All of EspressOH’s products are infused with coffee and have this beautiful aesthetic brown packaging. I am dying to try their Lipstick Aromas, the colours hold so much depth and all I want is a deep red and I feel like the colour Addiction will be perfect! I want to support small, growing brands and I feel like this is a great one to support! The company is also clean, vegan and cruelty free! The lipstick costs 19 Euros.
5. ColourPop Cosmetics eyeshadow palettes

ColourPop has become one of the biggest and best brands around. Their products are of good quality and are affordable. I want to try one of their 12 colour palettes, I’m thinking the purple because it makes the green in my eyes pop and will make me get creative with looks! They have a wide range of palette sizes and colours which I love, it’s also highly pigmented which is great! The purple gives me Euphoria vibes and will be so fun for themed parties like the 70s (when we have parties again). Their cream blushes and super shock shadows are also amazing and I’d like to try those too! It’s difficult to choose when there’s so much to choose from!
That’s all for today my beauties! Thank you for joining me and I hope you are staying safe and healthy! See you next week.
